This park is located on the top of Hinoyama Hill, included in the Setonaikai National Park. The park offers a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea and the Japan Sea, and the night view from the park, recognized as a Japan Night View Heritage, is said to be "worth 10 million dollars." The park is also famous for cherry blossoms and azaleas in spring. A ropeway leads to the hilltop, or you can use the parkway by car (toll free) or walk to the hilltop.
